Cancellation Policy

We require at least 48 hours to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

There is a $50 charge for canceled or rescheduled appointments with less than 48 hours notice.

A 100% charge applies for no-shows.

Gift Certificates

Zensayshen Gift Certificates are redeemable for services and products only. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of your appointment. Zensayshen is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

Gratuity Policies

If you have enjoyed your service, it is customary to provide a 15 – 20% gratuity to each of your therapists. Cash is preferred and appreciated.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, we are only able to offer you the remaining time of your treatments with no exceptions. It is advised that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your treatment time to comfortable check-in and change.

Surcharge Policy

3.50% surcharge will be applied for using Credit Cards. Debit Cards will not be surcharged.
